GCR&D is no stranger to completing transactions during challenging times. In the year following the lowest point of the Great Recession, brokers like Bryan and Brad were completing between 12 and 18 lease deals per month, specifically in the O’Hare area.
“We are expecting companies, in the rest of 2020 and 2021, to have to make adjustments to the current spaces they are in, so we have been doing all we can to educate the market on their options” says Brad Bullington. Brad has been working in the Elk Grove Village area,for over 20 years, and has helped tenants and landlords through multiple shifts in the economy.
