Building & Land Dispositions

We do not charge a standard industry fee as many competitors do. Instead, the cost for our commercial brokerage services is broken down as follows:
- 4 - 5% Commission rate for the sale of buildings
- 6 - 10% Commission rate for the sale of land
Building & Land Leases

Securing the right tenant for a space can prove mutually beneficial to the owner and tenant. Through strategic marketing, and by having a deep understanding of the market that we service, we can appeal to potential tenants whom businesses we deem to be an ideal fit for the space. Our goal is to find a solid tenant, in the least amount of time, for the highest price the market can bear. We charge a commission rate of Our Brokerage fees for Building and Land leasing are:
- 6 - 8% of the gross rental rate for the 1st years gross rent
- 3% of the gross rent for each year thereafter
